Jonathan has been programming for almost 30 years — since his family bought a Commodore 64 when he was 6 years old. (He still owns 2 C-64s, a VIC-20, a C-128, 4 C-1541s, a C-1571, and two Datasette drives.) As a recovering senior Solaris and Linux system administrator, Jonathan is qualified to set up and maintain the computers and networks that run the myriad web presences DrupalConstruction creates. His true passion today lies in software development using PHP (the language Drupal is written in), Python, Ruby, and Java among others. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston University and his Master of Science in Engineering degree — also in Computer Science — from The Johns Hopkins University.
